Loyverse Run one complete loyalty journey at the Loyverse till. Staff scan the QR code on a customer's branded Apple Wallet or Google Wallet card, paid purchases earn points automatically, and the customer can spend all or part of their available Points-to-Cash balance during checkout. Scan the customer's Wallet QR code and attach the matching Loyverse customer to the ticket. Perkstar reads the paid Loyverse receipt and applies the earning rules on the connected Points card. Redeem the full available balance or enter a smaller amount without leaving Loyverse POS. **Set Loyverse's own loyalty earning percentage to 0% before enabling till redemption.** Perkstar calculates points from the paid receipt. Leaving both systems earning can reward the same purchase twice. ## What stays in sync | Event | What Perkstar does | | -------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Customer scans their Wallet card | Finds or creates the eligible Loyverse customer and links the Wallet QR identifier | | Paid sale | Applies the connected card's earning rule once | | Partial or full redemption | Deducts the exact monetary point discount recorded on the paid receipt | | Eligible refund or cancellation | Reverses applicable earning and restores supported redeemed value once | | Loyalty balance changes | Refreshes the Wallet card and the spendable value available in Loyverse | During initial setup, Perkstar also provides a controlled migration that copies the existing Loyverse customer directory and each customer's current points as their opening Perkstar balance. It binds migrated members to their exact Loyverse customer IDs rather than trying to reconstruct old receipt history. Perkstar is the source of truth for points, spendable balances and loyalty activity. Loyverse remains the source of truth for sales and refunds. ## What you need * A Perkstar business and plan that includes the Loyverse integration. * Owner or manager access in Perkstar and permission to connect apps in the intended Loyverse business. * The same two-decimal currency in both systems. * An active individual **Points card** with automatic earning, a QR code and flexible Points-to-Cash spending. * An online Loyverse POS device with camera barcode scanning enabled, or a compatible external barcode scanner. Prepare the card, set Loyverse to 0%, connect and activate safely. Preserve current points, choose whether to add welcome points and invite customers by included email or paid SMS. Give staff a clear scan, earn and partial-redemption workflow.
